Thai Yoga Massage

60 minutes: $75
90 minutes: $110

(Starting Feb. 9th, 2025) Thai yoga massage therapy is a form of bodywork that combines elements of traditional Thai massage with yoga-like stretches and postures, performed while the client is comfortably clothed on a mat, to deeply relax muscles, improve flexible ROM, open blockages within the body, and balance energy flow throughout.  It has been nicknamed "passive yoga" where a therapist guides the client through stretches using hands, elbows, feet, knees, and whole body to manipulate tight muscles, tendons and ligaments.

This is the secret to Thai Yoga Massage.  Based on Nuad Boran, TYM is a sacred healing treatment that integrates traditional Thai medicine, elemental theory, and Buddhist spiritual practices. The first spiritual roots of this ancient system dates to over 2,500 years ago at the time of Buddha in India, and were carried through the Buddhist teachings into SE Asia. These teachings merged with traditional therapies of the region at that time to what we now call today “Traditional Thai Medicine.”

TYM specifies in reflexology, acupressure, myofascial release, deep tissue massage, and passive stretch to promote physical, energetic, and spiritual wellbeing. TYM bodywork encourages increased range of motion, relief of pain and muscle tension, muscle lengthening and flexibility, and improved lymph and blood circulation. Drawing from traditional Thai medicine, Ayurveda, Reiki, and other somatic and healing practices, Thai Yoga Massage takes into consideration the demands we place on ourselves in today’s society.

Prenatal Massage

60 minutes: $75
90 minutes: $110

Pregnancy Massage is a style of bodywork designed specifically for pregnant women. Pregnancy is a time when a woman's body endures tremendous stress due to dramatic physical and emotional changes. Using various techniques specially developed for the expecting mother, Pregnancy Massage helps release the pain and discomfort experienced throughout pregnancy. The benefits are profound, including emotional support, the relief of joint pain due to extra weight and postural imbalance, and improved breathing and relaxation.

~Prenatal Massage can only be performed AFTER the first Trimester (13+ weeks of pregnancy).  The mother's body is most vulnerable in the first 12 weeks as the pregnancy is being established, and the baby's transition from supplement feeding from the egg-sac begins to initiate placenta feeding.

Lymphatic Drainage

60 minutes: $75
90 minutes: $110

MLD is a light, skin-stretching massage that assists the lymphatic system function by promoting lymphangiomotoricity of lymphatic fluid out of swollen limbs, release of scar tissue, and improved immune system. MLD is specifically focused on proper aqueous lymphatic flow from the Vessels to Nodes to Plexuses to void through waste valves via #1 or #2.

● Lymph fluid usually flows at a rate of 10-12 bpm. The lymphatic system does not have a pump, like the Cardiac System, and relies on muscular movement, manual lymph drainage, or hydrostatic pressure.

● Following an hour long lymphatic massage, the flow rate will be approx. 100 to 120 bpm, and will gradually slow over the proceeding 48 hours. It is recommended to have 3-4 MLD sessions once every week, then once a month until consistent rate of effluent drainage is sustained.

As both a preventative and remedial technique, LD can be used for a wide range of purposes including faster recovery from injury, reduction of swelling and discomfort from pregnancy, and strengthened resistance to illness.
